Responsibilities
Architect scalable, secure, high-performance data solutions for fraud detection and risk management
Design end-to-end data architectures across ingestion, transformation, storage, governance, lineage, and consumption layers
Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks, Spark, and PySpark
Handle high-scale structured and semi-structured datasets, ensuring data integrity and quality
Partner with data scientists to prepare training datasets, support feature engineering, and operationalize ML models
Qualification
Required
10+ years of overall experience in data engineering/data platforms/data architecture
Prior experience in a formal Data Architect / Solutions Architect / Platform Architect role (architect title required)
Strong Azure data platform experience (Data Lake, Synapse, Databricks, Event Hubs, Functions, Key Vault)
Strong Databricks + Spark/PySpark; able to discuss and implement patterns hands-on
Experience with data governance, lineage, security, and quality controls in enterprise environments
