Business Development Representative

Balboa is a product and CX analytics firm, and a premier partner to Pendo. They are seeking a Business Development Representative to generate new sales pipeline and engage with potential clients through various outreach strategies while gaining expertise in the Pendo Predict product.

Responsibilities

Generate new, high-quality sales-qualified leads for Account Executives and Sales Specialists
Research and target companies that match our ideal client profiles
Conduct outreach campaigns via email, text, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels
Automate all sales data logging in HubSpot
Use available sales data to recognize trends and drive outreach decisions
Create and execute successful cold calling and email campaigns targeting new prospects
Learn and demonstrate the Pendo Predict product to prospective customers
Meet all key performance metrics and goals on a weekly and monthly basis

Required

1+ years of relevant business experience (includes internships)
Experience using AI to automate tasks and processes
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent work experience)
You have internal motivation, resilience, and drive to succeed in a goal-driven position
You are a hard worker with a strong sense of urgency
You are a team player
You are willing to learn in a fast-paced sales environment
You can embrace feedback and hold yourself accountable

Preferred

Available to work onsite from a Raleigh, NC-based office 2+ days per week
Experience with CRM systems or sales tools (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo)
Experience with the SaaS and digital technology sectors
