Technical Specialist
Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1 / help desk support to hospital staff in person and remotely
Serve as the primary onsite IT point of contact for doctors and administrators
Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, connectivity, and basic network issues
Escalate issues appropriately while maintaining ownership and follow-through
Communicate clearly and professionally with non-technical users
Document issues, resolutions, and workflows accurately
Coordinate with the team on projects, updates, and system improvements
Qualification
Required
Highly self-motivated and reliable — comfortable working independently
Strong interpersonal skills and confidence supporting professionals face to face
Solid foundational IT knowledge (help desk, desktop support, basic networking)
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Professional demeanor and comfort in a healthcare setting
Desire to learn, grow, and take ownership of a client environment
Preferred
A degree is helpful, but hands-on experience, certifications, or a strong technical foundation are equally valued
