Responsibilities
Execute and maintain test procedures and test cases for new and existing products
Performs test in accordance with approved test plan/procedure and applicable policies
Report and manage defects
Regression test software fixes for new and existing products
Participate in Requirements and Functional Specifications reviews of new features and verify these requirements are reflected in the test specifications
Document, troubleshoot and follow up on issues found during testing
Actively work with other members of the team to constantly improve the process, tools and effectiveness of the team
Assist Development with replicating and debugging problems
Participate in a hybrid schedule with an estimated (may change as needed) 2-3 days per week onsite, primarily based out of the Maryland Heights, MO office, with occasional onsite support at the Hazelwood, MO lab as needed
Qualification
Required
2+ years of related professional experience and a Bachelor's of Science degree in a STEM-related course of study
Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance, granted by the US Government, which requires US citizenship. The government also uses 13 adjudicative guidelines to determine an individual's eligibility
Experience developing and maintaining software test documentation, and testing/validating software to ensure it meets operational and functional requirements
Experience supporting test execution and system or test integration activities
Must be willing to obtain relevant certifications as required by future client or contract needs
Preferred
Active DoD Secret clearance granted by the U.S. Government
Experience supporting mission planning software or OFP (Operational Flight Program) SIL (System Integration Lab) testing
Experience using software configuration management tools (Team Foundation Server/Azure DevOps) and writing/analyzing test procedures and software requirements
Prior experience with Windows 10 and 11, VirtualBox, PowerShell, SQL/SSMS, Postman, Notepad++, Event Viewer, Git/source control tools, and/or Visual Studio
