Senior LevelSMX Services & Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer to support GenAI service enablement at the platform level. The role involves managing shared GenAI infrastructure for internal teams and requires a strong AWS foundation with networking experience.

Strong AWS foundation with heavy networking experience
Hands-on experience with: AWS Bedrock, GenAI services at the infrastructure/platform layer
Experience supporting production GenAI services (not experimental only)
Infrastructure-as-Code and automation experience: CloudFormation, Python & shell scripting
Ability to support, troubleshoot, and scale shared services used by many team
Qualification
Required
Strong AWS foundation with heavy networking experience
Hands-on experience with: AWS Bedrock
Hands-on experience with: GenAI services at the infrastructure/platform layer
Experience supporting production GenAI services (not experimental only)
Infrastructure-as-Code and automation experience: CloudFormation
Infrastructure-as-Code and automation experience: Python & shell scripting
Ability to support, troubleshoot, and scale shared services used by many team
Preferred
Anthropic, Llama, open-source models
OpenAI / Azure OpenAI
GCP or Azure (secondary cloud exposure)
General container/EKS knowledge (helpful but not required)
SageMaker exposure (future enablement planned)
