BakerRipley is a community-focused organization in the Houston region, seeking an Administrative Intern to support various outreach and administrative efforts. The intern will assist with the Youth Voter Ambassador Program, manage logistics for voter registration drives, and provide general office support while working with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

Supporting the Youth Voter Ambassador Program and other youth-related activities by conducting trainings, data entry, and one to one mentoring
Supporting voter registration drives by registering eligible persons to vote and coordinating such events
Managing logistics of get out the vote (GOTV) outreach tools for program success
Working with and managing volunteers during GOTV events
Supporting event logistics and the execution GOTV events

Qualification

Required

Current College student or Associate's degree in any field
Minimum Of One (1) Year Experience Working
Computer beginners (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Preferred

Bilingual (English-Spanish)
