Responsibilities
Digitally perform audits of existing telecommunication and electrical distribution activities
Select and interpret data, on a map based platform
Utilize Katapult software to analyze field photography and translate field measurements
Accurately identify and record telecommunications and electrical equipment and structures
Execute and plan daily goals while meeting quality, time, and budget constraints
Collaborate with others (project managers, other engineers, clients, technicians, and administration) to learn how to devise the best infrastructure solutions
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent, required
Must possess high levels of computer understanding – especially MS Word, Excel, MS Project, and/or Google Chrome
Strong oral and written communication skills. Comfortable speaking with multiple levels of management
Ability to learn and operate customer based proprietary software and other computer systems
Expedite and facilitate project based work orders in a timely fashion
Proven ability to deal with governing authorities and their requirements, negotiate with private landowners, and provide communication, instruction, and guidance as needed to contractors
Preferred
Associates/Bachelors or a related technical discipline; A degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering is a plus
Understanding of telecommunication and/or electrical distributions systems is a plus
Ability to read and comprehend engineering schematics and plans is a plus
