Allied Benefit Systems is seeking a Contracts Administration Analyst to support the Senior Director of Implementation by maintaining and updating contracts with clients. This role involves collaboration with Sales and Account Management teams to ensure all contracts and documentation are properly managed and updated in business systems.

Responsibilities

Work with the legal team on any template contract updates
New Business task tracking and reporting
Paperwork and billing audits
Update BenefitPoint and all necessary databases
Ensure that contract terms are up to date in Allied’s databases (CRM)
Complete website administration functions
Communicate new client to all vendors, including PPO, UR, etc
Work with sales and marketing on creating renewal and new business contracts
Send and track receipt of renewal and new business contracts
Administrator for all Administration systems, including BenefitPoint and Docuvantage
Assist with Account Management implementation tasks
Work with different vendors for vendor contracts
Maintain excellent written and verbal communication with all internal and external customers
Possess strong analytical and organizational skill
Other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
3-5 years of contracts administrative experience required
Strong demonstrated knowledge and understanding of healthcare industry, legal and regulatory requirements
Intermediate knowledge of MicroSoft Office
Maintain excellent written and verbal communication with all internal and external customers
Possess strong analytical and organizational skill
