Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in reliability or maintenance engineering
Hands-on experience with SAP (S4 Hana preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong understanding of reliability principles, asset management, and maintenance best practices
Familiarity with industry standards such as API, ASME, and ASNT
Experience with nondestructive testing methods (e.g., ultrasonic, radiography), lubrication analysis, vibration monitoring, and infrared thermography
Knowledge of statistical analysis and failure mode identification techniques (e.g., FMEA, RCA)
Preferred
Experience with Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Mechanical Integrity programs within a Process Safety Management (PSM) environment
