Qualification
Required

Ensure hotel security and safety compliance

Respond to guest service requests and maintain hotel aesthetics
Support team member recognition and training programs
Follow company policies and maintain a clean work environment
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance operations
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in maintenance
Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform various physical activities
Flexible schedule with potential night and weekend shifts
Preferred
Vocational certification in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical
