InternThe Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is seeking a Global Conferences intern to support the Global Conferences team. This role involves conducting needs analysis, consulting with stakeholders, and developing training resources for global leaders implementing conferences.

Responsibilities
Conducting global needs analysis through data collection and reporting
Consulting with stakeholders to identify training solutions that address performance gaps across conference leadership roles
Collaborating with subject matter experts to design and develop training resources
Ensuring training solutions align with Church policy and meet industry standards and best practices
Implementing training solutions and support through strategic planning
Evaluating training solutions and products to inform continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Must be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and currently temple worthy
Interns must be enrolled as a full-time student or have graduated within one year of beginning their internship
Interns must sign a Paid Internship Engagement Letter
Currently pursuing, or recently earned, a degree relevant to the internship's responsibilities
Strong understanding of Church doctrine, history, organization, and policy
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to give careful attention to detail, sustain concentration for long periods of time, and maintain a high level of accuracy
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to represent the department professionally
Preferred
coursework or experience in instructional design, and learning management systems (LMS), learning and development, and training support for a global audience
proficiency in an additional language
