Responsibilities

As a Co-op, you’ll work under the guidance of your reporting manager, assigned to a rotational manager and other mentors throughout the program
The type of projects will vary based on business need, but all the projects you do will be in support of a real business goal with a direct link to our products and customers
It makes for a fantastic opportunity to share your ideas and really make a difference
Not only will you receive on-the-job training, but you’ll also develop a host of transferable skills
Your day-to-day tasks will differ and you’ll receive support from different people within the business, all of whom will be committed to helping you to deliver your best
There will be weekly meetings led by the Co-op cohort and opportunities to gain valuable leadership skills
There are opportunities to tour other Rolls Royce locations and training is provided throughout rotations
Rotations may include assignments in design, analysis, systems, materials, controls, manufacturing, service and/or test functions
At the end of each session, you will be required to complete an exit presentation detailing work assignment and accomplishments

Be enrolled full-time pursuing an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university working towards a bachelor's degree within the STEM field
Minimum GPA: 3.0
To be considered, you must also be a U.S. Citizen. There is no visa sponsorship for this position
