IT Manager - Workforce Technology (Identity Engineering)

Responsibilities

Maintain an environment where your employees feel included, valued, and supported
Be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a high performing team of results-oriented engineers
Oversee development life cycle, technical projects, and engineering processes including engineering rigor for tools, solutions, and automation, as well as enhancements to operational processes
Serve as escalation point, proactively addressing roadblocks and helping the team deliver high-quality results
Establish and maintain key performance metrics, identify opportunities, and improve processes
Build strong relationships across IT teams to ensure consistency, transparency, and best practices
Ensure solutions developed across the organization are aligned to standards and principles, and leverage common solutions and services where available
Protect our customers, our employees, and our brands by incorporating security and compliance in all decisions and daily job responsibilities, following security policies and procedures

Required

Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Must reside in St. Louis, Missouri, or immediate surrounding area
6+ years of related IT experience
2+ years of experience in engineering requirements tracking; change, release, and project management
2+ years related experience in a technical or people leadership role
Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred
Experience working in or managing capabilities within Privileged Access, PKI, or Certificate Management technologies
Management experience in Cyber Security or related technologies
Experience managing external vendors and service providers
Experience in leading major IT initiatives
Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM)®, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or similar Identity Management Institute certification
Working knowledge of security tools and capabilities including but not limited to CyberArk, Privileged Identity Management, MS PKI, Sectigo, Hardware Security Modules, RSA, Terraform, Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory
