Responsibilities

Apply our digital portfolio to sectors such as oil and gas, chemicals, and other process industries, focusing on power and energy management
Collaborate with sales teams to identify target customers and develop tailored digital strategies for senior decision-makers
Partner with Technology and Project Execution to create cost-competitive digital solution concepts and provide digital inputs in proposals
Mentor regional teams to foster a culture of collaboration and high performance, recognizing digitalization opportunities
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations and providing regular progress updates
Proactively identify and address technical risks in digital sales opportunities while tracking customer engagements and digital pipeline growth

Required

A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. Experience in lieu of degree is considered
Over 5 years of proven experience in value selling and business development at the senior decision-maker level, familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus. Those with more experience may be considered to a higher level
Solid understanding of equipment and systems in oil & gas, chemicals, and process industries, along with the associated customer business drivers; familiarity with SaaS business model challenges is a plus
Knowledge of OT system architectures, OT/IT integration concepts, and IIoT technologies, and ERP integration, with an understanding of North American cyber security standards
Excellent leadership skills, including facilitation, coaching, and mentoring abilities, with a focus on inspiring teams and fostering continuous improvement
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels, along with proven experience in global collaboration with cross-functional and multicultural teams
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (flexible to travel)
