Sabre Systems, LLC is currently recruiting for a Computer and Information Systems Analyst (Junior) to support the Naval Undergraduate Flight Training Systems Program Office. In this role, you will assist in data collection and analysis to optimize aircraft lifecycle logistics and enhance operational readiness.

Responsibilities

Collect and organize information from various sources, including maintenance records, supply chain data, and operational metrics, to support analysis and evaluation
Assist in preparing reports, specifications, and system documents that detail findings on aircraft availability, reliability, and maintenance trends
Help develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to provide stakeholders with a clear view of key performance indicators (KPIs)
Conduct technical research on component and system performance to determine the feasibility and impact of potential maintenance actions or upgrades
Support senior analysts in performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on supply chain disruptions and conducting degrader calculations for Work Unit Codes (WUCs) to identify and address emerging issues
Participate in team meetings, deliver presentations on findings, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to support proactive problem-solving initiatives

Required

A Technical or Scientific Associate of Science (AS) or Associate of Arts (AA) degree is required
0-3 years of relevant experience in a technical or analytical field
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in collecting, organizing, and evaluating information
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential
Must hold a current DoD secret clearance or higher

Preferred

Familiarity with data analysis tools or database query languages (e.g., SQL, Python)
Basic understanding of logistics, supply chain management, or maintenance principles
