Performs exit interviews and processes change of employee status
May require a bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of experience in the field or in a related area
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks
May lead and direct the work of others
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department
Will be sourcing, on the phones, doing offers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
5-8 years of experience in the field or in a related area
High volume experience
Experience with candidate offers and negotiations
Very professional communications/business writing
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Performs a variety of tasks
May lead and direct the work of others
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department
2 to 4 years of experience

Previous Logistics, Warehouse & Aviation experience
Experience working with ATS
Experience in sourcing
