Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 12+ Years of Overall IT experience
Minimum 12+ overall experience and 10+ years of experience working on Service now and 2+ working as an Architect
Must have Certified Technical Architect Certification (CTA)
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies
Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM and ITAM
Experience with ServiceNow integration using REST/SOAP APIs
Knowledge of database concepts and SQL
Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail
