Responsibilities
Lead visioning, planning, and execution of supply chain transformation programs within an airline operations environment
Manage complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple internal teams and third-party vendors
Drive program roadmaps, timelines, dependencies, and execution across operational workstreams
Partner with business leaders to evaluate options, challenge existing processes, and recommend improvements
Proactively manage risks and operational impacts in alignment with Safety Management System (SMS) best practices
Prepare and deliver program updates to senior leaders and executive forums
Qualification
Required
5+ years of direct Project Management experience
Strong background supporting business or operational transformation initiatives
Proven success leading large, complex, cross-functional programs
Solid understanding of Project Management frameworks, principles, and tools
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
PMP certification
Experience within airline, aviation, or transportation supply chain environments
Exposure to software development frameworks and methodologies
Smartsheet
MS Visio
Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels
