Security Operations Engineer I - IAM

Responsibilities

Assisting in identity access management functions including user account provisioning/deprovisioning, access reviews, and risk assessments
Investigating and resolving IAM related incidents
IAM documentation development and maintenance
IAM system maintenance and monitoring and reporting
Assisting in detect, protect, and respond functions of Security Operations where needed

Qualification

Required

Three plus (3+) years of hands-on cybersecurity experience in a regulated industry (Healthcare, financial, military, etc.)
Experience implementing cybersecurity controls
Experience with end user support
Exposure to working in an environment supporting multiple business units/departments/sections
Experience with creating and maintaining documentation
Associates degree from an accredited institution required
In lieu of the required degree, a minimum of two (2) years of additional cybersecurity work experience is required for this position. This experience is in addition to the minimum years listed in the Experience Requirements above
Strong planning, organization, critical thinking, decision-making and communication (verbal and written) skills
Proven ability to work as member in a team
Proven ability to be flexible and adaptable to change in a dynamic work environment
Proven ability to learn and apply new concepts

Preferred

Relevant IT certifications preferred
Understanding and familiarity with Windows operating systems
Understanding and familiarity with Scripting
Understanding and familiarity with Information security and cybersecurity concepts
Understanding and familiarity with TCP/IP networking
Understanding and familiarity with Basics of cybersecurity tools and technologies
