Responsibilities
Own and lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, multi-project programs aligned with business strategy
Define program vision, execution roadmap, milestones, and success metrics
Manage interdependencies, risks, issues, and escalation across projects
Ensure alignment between business stakeholders, engineering, R&D, Product Management, Tech support and sales teams
Provide clear, data-driven status reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes
Translate business objectives into executable plans
Manage stakeholder expectations and drive alignment across competing priorities
Manage forecasts and provide guidance on resources to be allocated
Identify and execute opportunities to improve delivery efficiency, predictability, and quality
Leverage metrics such as velocity, lead time, throughput, and KPIs
Drive process improvements and department agility at scale
Empower the team to make actionable decisions based on data
Qualification
Required
Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field of study
5+ years of experience in program management or project management in complex business environments
3+ years managing programs in Agile or scaled Agile environments
3+ years managing cross-functional programs in Jira
Demonstrated strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
Proven experience driving cross-functional, distributed teams
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Agile certifications are a plus
Jira administration experience a plus
