Responsibilities
Gather business requirements to design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
Analyze structured and semi-structured health datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Perform data validation, cleansing, and transformation to ensure high levels of data integrity
Document data sources, methodologies, and processes while communicating findings to stakeholders
Collaborate with project leadership to support client deliverables and continuous process improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum of one year of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence
Demonstrated hands-on experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI
Proficiency in SQL and Excel with the ability to translate business questions into analytical solutions
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance
