Responsibilities
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for frontend and backend components
Perform unit, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Validate acceptance criteria including code quality, accessibility, documentation, and security
Ensure testing covers all workflows, including legacy integrations and new features (Secure Messaging, eForms, Appeals)
Track and report defects, risks, and mitigation strategies throughout the release cycle
Collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders on testing scope and outcomes
Maintain detailed documentation of test results, coverage, and traceability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
3+ years of software quality assurance and testing experience
Strong understanding of testing methodologies for enterprise web applications
Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools
Familiarity with .NET technologies, especially Blazor or MVC
Knowledge of accessibility standards (Section 508, WCAG 2.1 AA)
Experience with Jira for lifecycle management and GitHub Enterprise for source control
Experience working in iterative development environments with frequent demos and feedback loops
Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
Clear communication and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and with remote teams
Commitment to continuous improvement in QA practices
Preferred
Experience with government or unemployment insurance systems is a plus
