Sales Executive – IT Staffing & Technology Solutions
N2Force Technologies Inc is seeking a seasoned Sales Executive to drive revenue growth across IT Staffing and Technology Solutions. This role involves managing the sales cycle, building relationships with enterprise clients, and expanding accounts through high-value consulting and staffing services.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing
Sell IT staffing (W2, C2C, contract, permanent) and project-based solutions
Build relationships with CIOs, Directors, Procurement, and Hiring Managers
Drive new logo acquisition and expand existing accounts
Partner with recruitment and delivery teams for successful fulfillment
Manage pipeline, forecasts, and reporting in CRM
Qualification
Required
5+ years of proven success in IT staffing or technology services sales
Strong understanding of US staffing models and compliance
Track record of closing mid-market or enterprise deals
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Selling cloud, data, AI, application development, or managed services
Experience working with MSP/VMS programs
Existing client network is a strong plus
