Responsibilities
Oversee a team of analysts responsible for processing Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and Privacy Act requests for the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG)
Perform periodic oversight amounting to approximately one (1) day of work per week
Provide documentation, assessment, analysis, research, data processing, data entry, and office support for USCG FOIA and Privacy Programs
Ensure compliance with the Privacy Act, the E-Government Act, and other Federal laws, and Federal and Departmental policies
Complete privacy compliance documentation
Issue USCG privacy policies
Oversee privacy incidents and privacy compliance reviews
Provide privacy training
Qualification
Required
Must have a bachelor's degree in business or related field and at least three (3) years program management experience and two (2) years of experience in reviewing and processing business intelligence on applicants, employees, and contractors
OR have eight (8) years general experience (gained in an office setting) and three (3) years program management experience and two (2) years of experience in reviewing and processing business intelligence on applicants, employees, and contractors
Applicants must currently live within a reasonable commuting distance of the USCG Headquarters St. Elizabeth Complex located at 2703 Martin Luther King Jr. Ave., SE, Washington, DC 20593-7710
