Responsibilities
Work with a top-notch team across several Strata Services practices, including but not limited to Data Integration, Planning & Performance Management, Decision Support, and Project Management
Gain exposure and experience in an Agile setting
Assist in preparing best practice customer-facing tools and templates
Utilize financial, business, and organizational models to develop more efficient, higher quality operational processes
Communicate complex analyses and improvement recommendations to colleagues
Analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan the implementation of new processes and procedures across the Strata Services team
Collect, compile, and present various data metric sets to the operations team
Own the execution and maintenance of tasks on a daily and weekly basis
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher with graduation date in Winter 2026 or Spring 2027, in Healthcare Administration, Healthcare Informatics, Finance, Business or a related field
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
Self-starter who possesses the ability to work effectively with limited guidance when necessary
Interest in pursuing a career in consulting, software, or operations management
A passion for the healthcare industry
