Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI)
Build responsive and high-performance frontend applications using React.js
Develop and consume RESTful APIs and microservices
Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following enterprise standards
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
Participate in code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and agile ceremonies
Ensure compliance with banking, security, and regulatory requirements
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong experience with Python for backend development
Hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS
Experience building and integrating APIs
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns
Familiarity with SQL and relational databases
Experience with Git, CI/CD tools, and agile development practices
