Responsibilities
Assist Senior Project Managers: Support individual multidiscipline projects up to and in excess of $500,000, including program development, budgeting, planning & design, and project milestone scheduling
Project Documentation and Planning: Support project managers in developing project plans, schedules, and documentation while tracking project progress and updating reports
Team Coordination and Communication: Participate in team meetings, take meeting notes, and help coordinate communication between internal teams and external vendors
Research and Analysis: Conduct research and compile data for project decision-making, assist in preparing presentations and status updates for stakeholders
Project Implementation Oversight: Participate in services contracting of multidisciplinary project teams, conflict resolution, financial forecasting, customer communication, and project closure
Qualification
Required
Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree, with 2-3 years completed majoring in Business, Engineering, Construction, or related field
Strong organizational and communication skills: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Technical proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Adaptability: Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting
Permanent US Work Authorization Required
Preferred
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet)
Interest in construction projects and sustainable building practices or LEED accreditation
