Responsibilities
Support and maintain ERP applications, including user access, configuration, and troubleshooting
Monitor system performance and perform upgrades, patches, and SQL Server maintenance
Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Inventory, and Sales teams to understand business processes
Build and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and integrations with third-party applications
Develop and support reports and dashboards using tools such as Crystal Reports, SSRS, and BI platforms
Identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements
Provide end-user support, training, and documentation
Support data migration, validation, and regulatory or upgrade testing efforts
Qualification
Required
3+ years of ERP/MRP implementation or support experience in a manufacturing environment
Proficiency with SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, ETLs)
Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
US Citizenship or GC Holder required
Preferred
Experience with production scheduling modules
ERP experience with SAP Business One and manufacturing add-ons is a plus
Experience with reporting and BI tools (Crystal Reports, SSRS, Domo, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
Understanding of system integrations; EDI experience a plus
