Responsibilities
Lead full life‑cycle D365 F&O implementations, from blueprinting to post‑launch optimization
Design and deliver enterprise‑grade architecture supporting aerospace engineering, supply chain, flight systems, and mission operations
Drive sophisticated integrations across Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Data Factory, and other cloud‑native services
Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering, R&D, flight systems, and manufacturing teams to build scalable, secure, high‑performance solutions
Oversee support teams ensuring uptime for mission‑critical ERP workloads
Manage ISVs, vendors, and external partners across global engineering programs
Champion Agile & DevOps excellence using Azure DevOps / Jira for CI/CD and ALM
Qualification
Required
8+ years designing and implementing D365 Finance & Operations at enterprise scale
5+ years leading teams or technical solution delivery
Deep technical strength in Azure, Power Platform, Power BI, REST APIs, JSON, .NET, C#, SQL
Strong understanding of ERP workflows, reporting, AIF, LCS, and enterprise integrations
Experience in continuous integration, cloud architecture, and Agile frameworks
Preferred
Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, defense, mission‑critical engineering, or high‑regulation sectors
Microsoft D365 certifications (preferred)
PMP, SCRUM, or equivalent leadership certifications (plus)
