Responsibilities
Develop and execute the enterprise-wide CIAM strategy, overseeing architecture and modernization of customer identity services
Own authentication and authorization services, including SSO, MFA, biometrics, and password-less technologies
Manage the full identity lifecycle for millions of users, ensuring seamless registration, profile management, and secure account recovery
Partner with cybersecurity and fraud teams to implement risk-based authentication and compliance with privacy regulations
Lead and mentor a high-performing CIAM team, ensuring operational health and vendor management
Qualification
Required
Leadership of enterprise-scale CIAM functions for large consumer-facing businesses
Hands-on expertise with modern CIAM platforms (Okta/Auth0, ForgeRock, Ping Identity)
Mastery of identity protocols (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, FIDO/WebAuthn)
Experience in fraud prevention, privacy compliance, and user experience optimization
Strong metrics-driven approach to identity flows and business KPIs
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or other related technical discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
