Legal Intake Specialist / Legal Assistant
The Injury Law Firm is dedicated to serving individuals across California who seek justice and compensation for personal injuries. They are seeking a Legal Intake Specialist / Legal Assistant to conduct thorough client intake processes and maintain excellent customer service and communication with potential clients.
Responsibilities
Conducting thorough client intake processes, including gathering and verifying essential information
Acting as the first point of contact for potential clients, maintaining excellent customer service and communication
Organizing case files
Managing schedules
Assisting with insurance-related tasks
Coordinating with attorneys and other staff to ensure a seamless client experience
Qualification
Required
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact empathetically and professionally with clients and team members
Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage case files and schedules
Proficiency in legal and office software systems is a plus
Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work environment
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or legal assistant qualifications are a plus
Preferred
Prior experience in the legal field or a related area is preferred
Bachelor's Highly Preferred
