Responsibilities
Support delivery operations through work management, reporting, and customer coordination
Monitor job status, schedules, and reliability metrics
Serve as a liaison between internal teams, external customers, and agencies
Support storm restoration activities, including outage and resource tracking
Execute customer contracts and ensure accurate billing and invoicing
Perform audits, reconciliations, and close-out of work orders
Verify costs, invoices, timesheets, and general ledger entries
Use Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations
Provide administrative support to multiple managers as needed
Participate in safety initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED (required)
Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and prioritize competing tasks
Flexibility to support after-hours and weekend storm restoration when needed
Preferred
Experience in utilities, operations support, or work management preferred
