Responsibilities
Architecture Design: Define and document the Reference Architecture for deploying applications on OpenShift (OCP) across multiple availability zones
Modernization Strategy: Provide technical leadership for refactoring legacy .NET and Java applications into containerized workloads
Pipeline Governance: Design secure CI/CD workflows (using Harness) with automated quality gates and compliance checks
Traffic Strategy: Design "Parallel Run" and traffic cutover strategies using Global Load Balancers (GSLB) and Ingress controllers
Technical Leadership: Guide engineering teams on best practices for cloud-native development and data integrity verification
Qualification
Required
Red Hat OpenShift (OCP): Expert-level knowledge of Cluster Config, Routes, Storage Classes (PVCs), and Security Context Constraints (SCCs)
Application Modernization: Experience transforming Legacy .NET Framework and Java Spring apps to .NET Core/SpringBoot on containers
Governance & Security: Experience design pipelines in regulated industries (Banking/FinTech) with strict security controls
Agentic AI Familiarity: Understanding of AI agent patterns (e.g., automated discovery, self-healing) to integrate these capabilities into the broader architecture
Database Architecture: Experience designing migration strategies for Oracle and PostgreSQL. Familiarity with Change Data Capture (CDC)patterns and automated data integrity verification (checksums)
Networking & Traffic Control: Proficient with GSLB, Ingress Controllers, and managing SSL/TLS certificates for secure traffic routing
Infrastructure as Code: Strong experience with Helm Charts for application packaging and GitOps principles for cluster management
Communication: Strong ability to communicate architectural decisions to stakeholders and technical teams
Preferred
Experience with Harness for CI/CD
Background in Banking or Financial Services
Knowledge of Splunk or observability platforms
