Territory Sales Representative
Industrial Motor & Controls is a professional manufacturers representative agency in the eastern Great Lakes region. They are seeking a Territory Sales Representative to grow and maintain strong relationships with customers, identify sales opportunities, and meet sales targets.
Responsibilities
Growing and maintaining strong relationships with customers

Meeting sales targets
Managing a portfolio of accounts

Communicating and reporting for manufacturers
Attending industry events
Qualification
Required
Sales and relationship management skills to identify and build relationships with prospective clients and maintain strong customer connections
Knowledge of industrial or technical products, with the ability to learn and adapt to company product offerings
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities to manage accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quota requirements
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
Previous experience in industrial or technical sales
