Responsibilities
Own the complete customer license provisioning and renewal process from initial sale through renewal cycles
Drive consolidation of disparate, manual license management processes into a unified and scalable framework
Serve as the primary IT driver for Flexera implementation and optimization
Partner with the Flexera service owner team to establish and enforce best practices
Design and implement integrations between Flexera, SAP ECC, SAP S4, and other enterprise systems
Automate license tracking, provisioning, and financial processes
Track renewal dates and manage vendor and customer touchpoints
Ensure seamless license renewals with minimal friction
Identify gaps in current processes and implement improvements to reduce manual work and improve accuracy
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related field
5+ years of IT experience focused on software license management, SAM tools, or related enterprise systems
Hands-on Flexera experience (mandatory)
Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S4 integrations and data flows
Experience driving process standardization in complex, multi-product environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage stakeholders without direct reports
Strong communication skills for technical and business audiences
Preferred
Experience with B2B software licensing models and subscription management
Background in business transformation or process improvement initiatives
Knowledge of license compliance, software asset management (SAM), or IT vendor management
Familiarity with enterprise software sales cycles and revenue recognition
