Responsibilities

Perform various metal assembly functions such as: riveting, drilling, countersinking, grinding, shearing, fabricating, etc
Operating fabrication tools such as shears, press brakes, and other fabrication machinery
Sand and deburr metal parts
Utilize parts washers to clean and dry piece parts and small tubular assemblies
Other manufacturing responsibilities as assigned

Required

HS Diploma or GED required
Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
Able to stand or sit for long periods at a time
Willing and able to follow both verbal and written work instructions
Physically able to lift, carry and move up to 50lbs
General manufacturing assembly and fabrication experience is preferred
Mechanical Aptitude – demonstrated examples (on the job or outside of work) showing competency to work with hands. Might include items such as body work skills, crate repair, general wrenching ability, construction work, etc
Manual Dexterity – Ability to perform a job that requires detailed handwork
Experience with Process Standards – Demonstrated ability to read, understand and execute to written instruction
Computer Skills – experience with entering and retrieving data from a computer
Applied Learning - Assimilates and applies new job-related information in a timely manner
Contributes to Team Success – Actively participates as a member of a team to move the team toward the completion of goals
Adaptability – demonstrated flexibility to move to the work; adjusts to changes in work structure, processes and requirements
