Responsibilities
Provide Tier-3 support for enterprise Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) platform
Own and resolve complex production escalations end-to-end
Maintain stability of clinical and enterprise infrastructure systems
Troubleshoot performance, authentication, and connectivity issues
Automate operational tasks using PowerShell
Manage hybrid identity environments (Azure AD / Active Directory)
Support endpoint management through Intune and Autopilot
Work with MS 365 services and Windows Server infrastructure
Collaborate with outsourced network and infrastructure teams
Operate effectively in incomplete documentation scenarios
Participate in incident response and communicate status updates clearly
Ensure uptime and reliability in regulated, patient-impacting environments
Qualification
Required
Provide Tier-3 support for enterprise Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) platform
Own and resolve complex production escalations end-to-end
Maintain stability of clinical and enterprise infrastructure systems
Troubleshoot performance, authentication, and connectivity issues
Automate operational tasks using PowerShell
Manage hybrid identity environments (Azure AD / Active Directory)

Azure IaaS (VMs, storage, networking, ARM)
Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) or strong VDI experience (Citrix / VMware Horizon / RDS)
Microsoft 365 administration
Azure AD / Entra ID
Active Directory (hybrid environments)
Microsoft Intune (endpoint management, policies, Autopilot)
Windows Server (2016–2022)
PowerShell automation
Tier-3 escalation ownership experience
Preferred
SCCM
AD Connect, MFA, Conditional Access
Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, manufacturing)
Working with outsourced network operations teams
Networking fundamentals (Cisco/Meraki, VLANs, VPN, SD-WAN)
Security tools (Microsoft Defender, Conditional Access, Zero Trust concepts)
