They are seeking a Senior Mechanical and Electrical Machine Maintenance Engineer to maximize machine availability and maintain precision across CNC mills, lathes, and high tolerance grinding machines.

Responsibilities
Delivering advanced preventive predictive and corrective maintenance on CNC mills lathes and high tolerance grinding machines
Leading mechanical fault diagnosis including alignment vibration spindle issues backlash and thermal growth
Troubleshooting electrical and controls faults across servo drives motors encoders wiring and power systems
Programming and fault finding PLC systems including ladder logic HMIs backups and recovery
Driving root cause analysis and implementing long term reliability improvements to reduce downtime
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience maintaining CNC machines and high tolerance grinding equipment in a precision environment
Strong mechanical expertise across spindles, bearings, hydraulics, pneumatics, and precision metrology
Proven electrical and controls capability including servo systems, drives, and industrial diagnostics
Hands on PLC troubleshooting and modification experience on Fanuc, Siemens, or Allen Bradley platforms
The ability to work autonomously, mentor others, and communicate clearly with production and engineering teams
