The role requires hands-on expertise and onsite presence to build, customize, and maintain desktop images while ensuring compliance with security standards.

Responsibilities
Build, customize, and maintain Windows desktop images using Microsoft Intune & Autopilot
Integrate drivers, patches, security baselines, and required applications into base images
Ensure desktop images meet organizational security and compliance standards
Configure and manage Intune Autopilot profiles
Develop and support PowerShell scripting for automation
Manage Azure AD join / hybrid join automations
Deploy and manage Windows updates, feature upgrades, and driver/firmware updates
Validate updates in test environments before production rollout
Troubleshoot update and deployment issues
Manage endpoint configurations using GPOs, Intune Device Configuration Profiles, Security Baselines, and Compliance Policies
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in Windows desktop management and modern endpoint technologies
Build, customize, and maintain Windows desktop images using Microsoft Intune & Autopilot
Integrate drivers, patches, security baselines, and required applications into base images
