Responsibilities
Leads a team of Field, Account, and Strategic‑aligned AEs serving major North American OEMs and Tier suppliers for T&E to identify and drive short, mid and long term opportunities
Implements strong technical relationships with OEM engineering, manufacturing, and materials groups
Determines white spaces for cross‑sell, spec‑in protection, and competitor displacements
Supports business by leading customer interactions including plant walks, line trials, triage, and workshops
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
Seven (7) years of experience in application engineering, product development, or technical service in a private, public, government or military environment
Preferred
Master's degree or MBA
10 years of customer engagement experience to drive business opportunities
Skills include talent management, customer presentation, business acumen, product portfolio understanding
