Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the functional sustainment, optimization, and overall strategic coordination of business systems that support FRCSW’s daily operations
You will not only support the development, management, and sustainment of locally developed FRCSW software, applications, and programs, but also lead efforts to enhance system performance, security, and overall integration across the command
You will evaluate processing on FRCSW-specific programs, recommend improvements, and manage software development and system administration procedures to align with broader organizational goals
You will develop and implement plans including risk mitigation, quality assurance, problem-solving, communication via presentations and briefings, participation in reviews, documentation, and product release planning
You will collaborate with stakeholders (technical leads, project managers, subject matter experts) to gather software requirements and translate them into technical specifications
You will design, develop, and maintain software applications using programming languages and tools such as C#, ASP.NET Framework, API Development, JavaScript, HTML, Microsoft Power Apps, SQL, and Power BI
You will design, implement, and maintain databases using systems such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and MySQL, ensuring seamless integration with applications and Power BI
Qualification
Required
Experience in managing IT projects and software development
Knowledge of programming languages and tools such as C#, ASP.NET Framework, API Development, JavaScript, HTML, Microsoft Power Apps, SQL, and Power BI
Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining databases using systems such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and MySQL
Ability to develop and implement plans including risk mitigation, quality assurance, and problem-solving
Experience in collaborating with stakeholders to gather software requirements and translate them into technical specifications
