Responsibilities
Manage fluid individual and team calendars, anticipating changes and keeping team on schedule
Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
Maintain a professional demeanor, using discretion as it relates to confidential or personal information
Coordinate individually tailored international and domestic travel arrangements, including flight, hotel and appropriate ground transportation or other reservations associated with meeting or client activity
Manage expense reports
Qualification
Required
Excellent calendar management and organizational skills
Experience arranging travel, managing expenses, and providing administrative support
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a demonstrated ability to build relationships
A proactive and resourceful approach to problem solving in the face of shifting priorities or unanticipated events
Client service oriented
Ability to learn new concepts and systems quickly
Curiosity about AI tools and a mindset focused on improving efficiency and workflows is strongly encouraged
Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
5+ years relevant work experience, financial services industry experience is a plus
