Responsibilities
Coordinate real-time service restoration and electrical distribution switching
Analyze complex datasets from multiple sources to develop and execute action plans
Monitor and report on system conditions, critical customer interruptions, and extended outages
Maintain meticulous accuracy in all reporting to prevent errors and ensure safety
Handle sensitive company and personal information with high integrity
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience
High School Diploma or GED required
Ability to manage multiple projects from start to finish while navigating constantly shifting priorities
Ability to work under high pressure and make sound, well-thought-out decisions
Proficiency in analyzing large subsets of information to create actionable strategies
A fundamental understanding of Electrical Distribution Systems and mainframe computer applications
Strong verbal and written skills for clear technical reporting
Maintains a positive, professional attitude during high-stress emergency situations
A team-first mindset with the ability to lead when necessary
Coachable, open to feedback, and a strong willingness to learn complex technical systems
Preferred
Preferred background in Utility Operations, Dispatching, Emergency Services, or complex Database Management
Prior experience in Electrical or Mechanical fields
Familiarity with GIS (Geographic Information Systems)
Advanced computer proficiency
