Responsibilities
Implement, test, and maintain features in physician-facing Web applications
Work in collaboration with the product designer to create a delightful user experience
Write secure, HIPAA-compliant software that patients and clinicians can trust
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to hiring, culture, and best practices
Contribute to the engineering culture and hiring
Qualification
Required
5+ years experience as a Fullstack Engineer with a lean towards platform/back-end work
2+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails
Excellent knowledge of GraphQL, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js
Good eye for design and ability to make product decisions
Ability to take ownership and mentor other engineers
Must reside in a US state within the Eastern time zone
Preferred
Experience in healthcare or a strong interest in improving patient care
Experience shipping and maintaining a large software system
Experience with AI development tools and building/maintaining AI capabilities
Open to feedback, eager to learn, and committed to developing your craft
Experience making product and design decisions in addition to technical ones
Knowledge of computer security and best practices for protecting sensitive data
