Responsibilities
Build ad hoc and recurring reports from internal databases (PostgreSQL) and our enterprise data warehouse
Generate both internal analytics and client-facing reports using SQL and Python
Analyze data produced by our ETL pipelines to identify anomalies, gaps, or quality issues
Communicate findings to data engineers to help prioritize their work
Assist with ETL processes that transform primary source data and client data into formats compatible with ProviderTrust's applications
Work within Agile practices alongside data engineers and product teams
Share analytical findings in meetings and written form
Learn to identify stakeholders and translate data insights into recommendations they can act on
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and training
SQL for querying and data manipulation
Python or willingness to learn it quickly
Clear communication skills: speaking and writing
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift
Own the outcome: Focus on solving business problems efficiently rather than attachment to specific tools or technologies
