Responsibilities
Project Management: Oversee all supply chain deliverables and ensure completion within the NPD phase gate process
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between project teams and supply chain functions, such as commodity management, supplier quality, compliance, and purchasing
Review and Documentation: Prepare and present supply chain content for project reviews, documenting evidence for gate approvals
Resource Coordination: Delegate tasks and request additional supply chain support as needed, ensuring all team members understand project scope, priorities, and timelines
Supplier Engagement: Initiate and manage quoting processes, supplier selection, and organize DFM/DFT discussions among stakeholders
Sourcing and Purchasing: Support sourcing activities, focusing on cost, lead times, and supplier quality. Manage all procurement for prototyping and development phases
Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements in supply chain activities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Five (5) years related experience
Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Operations preferred
APICs CPIM or CSCP certifications
