Responsibilities
Assist with or manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, depending on experience level
Spend time in the field learning day-to-day construction operations
Support scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and procurement
Review plans, specifications, and scopes of work
Assist with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal team members
Participate in jobsite meetings and help ensure quality and safety standards are met
Support a client-first approach on every project
Qualification
Required
1-5 years of experience in construction, engineering, or a related field
Strong desire to learn and grow within the construction industry
Self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Enjoys being in the field and understanding how projects are built
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
Preferred
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline preferred but not required
