The California Governor's Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team in a fast-paced environment focused on emergency management and homeland security. The Office Technician is responsible for daily operations, providing administrative and clerical support, including clerical tasks, timekeeping, and data entry.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the daily operations of the area office, including the provision of administrative and clerical support
Supports PSC Area 1 including clerical, timekeeping, ordering, credit card reconciliation and data entry
Qualification
Required
Participation in the DMV Pull Program is required
The position(s) require(s) a valid Driver's License (DL)
Preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
Willingness and ability to work alone and unsupervised for periods up to several days at a time
Ability to work well with others as a member of a team
Ability to maintain a well-organized office
Ability to maintain confidentiality
