Responsibilities
Develops, designs, and delivers programs, tools, and methods to train associates to develop skills for use in delivering quality customer interaction
Leads the department's new hire training program by delivering classroom training
Analyzes training program gaps and recommends improvements to enhance efficiency and quality
Coaches trainees on their progress and develops performance improvement goals
Participates in the hiring selection process and planning timeline for new hire classes
Develops training materials, aides, and binders
Monitors existing and emerging learning technology and trends
Leads implementation and ongoing management of departmental projects and system testing
Provides guidance to entry level associates and peers, and may take lead on complex situations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
3-5 years Related Experience (Classroom Training; Policies and Procedures Writing) required
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication
Preferred
Adult Learning and/or Content Creation preferred
