Responsibilities
Transfer test solutions from legacy tester to Eagle or Flex testers
Includes generating test hardware and software
Analyze test hardware schematics on existing products for revenue support
Drive improvements in test methodology by implementing industry standard best practices and reliability strategies
Become a subject matter expert in the test software/hardware debugging and help to mentor junior team members
Identify yield enhancement opportunities and develop projects to resolve them
Experience with debugging and developing test programs for analog products on Eagle and Flex test systems. (ETS364, Teradyne microFlex, or similar platform preferred)
Intermediate to advanced programming capability [Python, C/C++, and/or SQL]
Experience with basic Unix / Linux environments
Understanding of basic statistics and JMP data analytics skills (i.e. Mean, Std. Dev, SPC, CPK, GR&R, ANOVA)
Familiarity with Gage Reproducibility and Repeatability (GR&R) studies
Familiarity with performing transient analysis/spike check/deglitching on automated test solutions
Qualification
Required
US Citizen or Permanent Resident
Candidate must possess a minimum bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or MicroElectronic Engineering
3-5+ Years experience in test engineering role, preferably using automated test equipment in the semiconductor industry
Candidate should be self-motivated and conscientious
Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Candidate must have good presentation skills
